[Position]
Architectural Designer

• Support in architectural, interior, renovation, and public space design projects
• Participation in all phases from research and planning to schematic design, detailed design, and construction supervision
• Model making, drawing production (CAD/BIM), and preparation of presentation materials
• Support for office activities such as workshops and exhibitions
• Practical learning of the design process through collaboration inside and outside the team

[Qualifications]

• Graduated (or expected to graduate) from a university, graduate school, vocational school, or technical college in architecture or design fields
• Basic design and production skills (CAD: AutoCAD / Rhinoceros / Vectorworks, Adobe: Illustrator / Photoshop, Office tools)
• Experience in model making, rendering, and presentation preparation
• Licensed First-Class Architect or candidates planning to take the exam are welcome

[Working Conditions & Benefits]

• Location: Fukuoka (remote work negotiable / business trips required)
• Employment type: Full-time employee (3-month probation period)
• Salary: Based on company regulations
  ※Final decision will be made after the probation period through an interview, considering skills and experience
  ※Additional allowance for First-Class Architect qualification

• Salary review: 1–2 times per year
• Bonus: Twice a year (summer & winter), based on performance and contribution
• Working hours: Flexible working system (8 hours per day / core time 10:00–15:00)
• Insurance: Full social insurance coverage (employment, health, pension, etc.)
• Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, Golden Week, summer vacation, and year-end/new year holidays

[Selection Process]

1. Document Screening

   After reviewing the application documents, our recruitment staff will contact you within one week.
2. Interview
   Interviews will be conducted either at our studio in Fukuoka or online.
3. Aptitude Assessment (Internship)
   Applicants who pass the interview will be invited to a two-week internship for aptitude evaluation.
   ※A part-time wage will be paid during the internship period.
4. Probation
   Candidates who pass the interview and internship will be provisionally hired. After a three-month probation period and an evaluation interview, the decision for full employment will be made.
