このプロジェクトは、「D＝設計」「B＝施工」「O＝運営」の三者がコンソーシアムを組み、設計・施工から運営までをひとつのチームで担うDBO方式で進めています。

今日は、本格的な工事の立ち上がりを前に、DBOチームの溝江建設さん（施工）とイーストさん（運営）、発注者である福岡市の担当者さんとともに、リズムデザインがこれまで福岡市内で設計した建物をめぐりました。

各プロジェクトの設計意図や工夫した点を共有するとともに、運営フェーズで生じた課題やその対処方法、メンテナンスの状況や頻度なども率直に話し合いました。
長く、持続的な運営を見据えて、チーム全体で視点を合わせる、良い機会となりました。

Construction for the redevelopment of the Imajuku Outdoor Activity Center in Nishi-ku, Fukuoka, is steadily moving forward.
Last year, our proposal under the DBO method was selected. After the design phase, construction finally began on site this spring.

This project is being carried out through the DBO method, in which Design, Build, and Operate are handled by a single consortium team. The team brings together the designer, contractor, and future operator to work consistently from design and construction through to long-term operation.

Today, before the main construction work begins in earnest, we visited several buildings in Fukuoka designed by rhythmdesign, together with Mizoe Kensetsu, who will handle construction, EAST Inc., who will handle operation, and representatives from Fukuoka City, the project owner.

At each project, we shared the design intentions and key ideas behind the work. We also discussed, openly and practically, issues that have emerged during the operation phase, how they were addressed, and the current state and frequency of maintenance.
