私たちは「会社はひとつの社会である」という考えを大切にし、さまざまな働き方をするメンバーが集まっています。正社員として日々の業務を担うスタッフだけでなく、障がいを持ちながら模型や原寸製作を手掛けるモデラー、独立後も協働を続ける設計パートナー、家業を継ぐために退職しながらもビジュアライズや3Dモデリングで関わるOB、週に一度は保育士として働きながら経理を担う女性、自身の会社を持ちつつ専門知を活かしてリサーチに関わるママさんなど、多様な関わり方が共存しています。リズムデザインの仕事に興味がある方、地域やまちに関わりたい方はぜひご応募ください。対話を重ねながら、それぞれの特技やライフステージに合わせた働き方を一緒につくっていければと思います。

At rhythmdesign, we believe that a company is a small society, and we embrace diverse ways of working. Alongside full-time staff, our team includes a model-maker with a disability who creates physical models, independent architects who continue to collaborate as partners, former staff who left to take over their family business but still contribute with visualization and 3D modeling, a colleague who works one day a week as a nursery teacher while managing our accounting, and a mother who runs her own company while applying her industry expertise as a researcher.
